Enzyme Cleaning Products: How To Clean Your Outdoor Area

Posted by Absolutely Clean on

After a long winter, it’s time for some spring cleaning to make your home feel fresh and clean after being cooped up indoors. When you walk into your home after a long day of work, you want to feel as if you are stepping into your own personal sanctuary, one that’s devoid of stains, odors, and clutter. As the temperatures rise and we approach the summer months, you will most likely be spending more time in your backyard, porch, or patio. These outdoor areas are also a part of your sacred space, and they most likely need a deep clean as well. Read our cleaning tips below to turn your outdoor area into a truly inviting space:

Attack Those Cobwebs

Survey your outdoor space and look for any visible cobwebs. Use a duster to remove the cobwebs so that your home will not look like a haunted house.

Clean Your Windows

Snow from the previous winter and rain from the spring could result in windows clouded with dirt and mess. Clean the outsides of your windows thoroughly so you can let as much beautiful sunshine into your home as possible.

Clean Your Patio Or Porch Floors

Be sure to give the surface of your porch and patio floors a good scrub. Before you get started, sweep the area of any dirt, dust, and debris. For optimal results without the use of harsh chemicals, spray your floors with Absolutely Clean Outdoor Cleaner and let it sit for three to five minutes. Rinsing the surface with water is not necessary with this product. The plant-based enzymes in this eco-friendly cleaning product safely target stains and odors to freshen the floors of your outdoor area.

Clean Your Outdoor Furniture

Your outdoor furniture might appear dingy and smell not so great, so spray it with Absolutely Clean Outdoor Cleaner. Liberally spray the nontoxic cleaner onto the fabric, and let it sit for three to five minutes. Dip a brush in hot water and scrub the life back into your outdoor furniture, removing stains and odors. Wipe your furniture clean, and your outdoor furniture will look like new.

Light Fixtures

If you have light fixtures on your porch or patio, be sure to clean them as well. Remove the light fixture, and empty any dead bugs and debris into the trash. Spray some Absolutely Clean onto the light fixture, and wipe it clean with a dry rag. Screw the light fixture back into place for a brighter light and cleaner appearance.

Clean Umbrellas And Awnings

Winter and spring weather can also leave your awnings and umbrellas looking less than ideal. Spray them liberally with Absolutely Clean and let the solution sit for three to five minutes. Dip a scrub brush in some hot water and put some elbow grease into cleaning the fabric. Wipe your awnings and umbrellas clean to breathe some life back into them.

Mow Your Lawn

With such a nice outdoor area where you can spend your time, you don’t want to overlook a disheveled lawn. Mow your lawn to complete the cleanup of your outdoor space. You will yield some truly stunning results and you might never want to leave your outdoor sanctuary!

Use our enzyme cleaning products to safely clean your outdoor space without harming the environment or your family (and that includes your pets). Purchase Absolutely Clean Outdoor Cleaner to safely clean your outdoor area without exposing your family and the environment to toxic chemicals.
